Did you know a ripe cranberry makes a good ball? They bounce when ripe.

They got their name from German and Dutch settlers (crane berry) because the blossoms on the vine resemble the neck, bill and head of a crane.

It’s rumoured that cranberries were served by the Pilgrims for Thanksgiving 1621 (the very first Thanksgiving)
